We are recruiting a Receptionist for a Financial Services company based in Sandyford, Dublin 18 area.
Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join the Dublin team on a 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and distribute all telephone calls, taking clear notes and messages (2 receptionists on the front desk)
* Schedule and prepare Meeting Rooms for appointments
* Meet and greet clients and visitors as they arrive in the office
* Attend to incoming and outgoing post and courier items
* Accept and check incoming supply orders
* Manage Reception and Meeting Room areas, maintain equipment and stationery supplies
* Any other adhoc admin duties as assigned
Tasks include:
* Administration support where required
* Managing stock & Stationary
* Manage Meeting Rooms/Reception.
* Managing some facilities functions/maintenance schedules
* Review & Sign off Invoices including:
* Office Supplies, Kefron & Couriers
* Manage Access Control: Fobs for employees & contractors.
* Arranging Kefron document collection
The successful candidate is likely to be a bright, confident, multi-tasker with a good work ethic and excellent organisational skills. Their personal presentation must be of the highest standard.
Suitable candidates are likely to have previous Reception & Administration experience.
On offer at this stage is a 6mth contract, long term requirements will be reviewed before the end of the contract.
Rate is : €22ph.
Hours are: Monday 9am-4.15pm, Tuesday 9am-4.15ph, Wednesday 9am-1.30pm, Thursday 9am – 5.15pm, Friday 9am- 4.15pm.
Salary: €36036
This is a fully on-site role and travel and parking arrangements should be taken into consideration.
