Position: Clinical Nurse Manager
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Rate: €25 per hour
Clinical Nurse Manager Responsibilities
Support the Person in Charge / Unit Manager in clinical and professional leadership
Deliver high‑quality, safe, and effective care ensuring care is person‑centred, respecting residents' rights, dignity, and autonomy
Plan, assess, and evaluate individualized care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing and care staff on shift
Develop strong relationships with residents and families to enhance wellbeing
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all residents
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and team development
Clinical Nurse Manager Requirements
Registered General or Psychiatric Nurse on the NMBI register (or eligible)
Minimum 2 years post‑graduate experience, including Senior Staff Nurse / CNM level
Evidence of continuous professional development
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
