OverviewAs a Channel Implementation Specialist, you will partner with one or more Product Managers to execute specific feature requirements and drive their completion in product releases. You will interact closely with key internal and external clients, external partners and the development team. Our SaaS solutions power premier online retailers across marketplaces and Digital Marketing channels. You will solve complex technical problems with strong communication to enable clients to expand on the Rithum platform, and you will identify and resolve issues as early as possible. You will build positive relationships with external technical contacts through timely communication to support our channels. Proactive monitoring of marketplace and webstore integrations is expected, with issues potentially leading to direct client communication, public message board posts and alerts, and collaboration with third-party technical contacts and multiple Rithum teams.ResponsibilitiesWorking within a team that builds and supports our API integration processesServe as the technical project lead, coordinating API integrations across multiple channelsWork with other internal teams to troubleshoot and implement fixes for issues found with an integrationServe as product subject matter expert and assist with client supportQualificationsMinimum Qualifications2+ years of related experienceStrong oral and written English communication skillsKnowledge of basic programming conceptsUnderstanding of XML and JSON documentsExperience working with API communicationAbility to work independently with limited supervisionDemonstrate strong attention to detail in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring that all software components meet quality standards and function as intended.Vocational Training on Software Development or related subjectPreferred QualificationsBachelor's or associate degreeExperience working with distributed development teams spanning multiple offices and timezonesExperience working in SCRUM or Agile Software development environment a plusEnergetic self-starter, entrepreneurial spiritMust enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fluid environment, and be able to think strategically and independently.Experience with e-commerce, retail, online marketplaces, or digital marketingTravel RequiredUp to 10%Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
