Job Title: European Sales Manager - Limerick

Direct Reports: Business Development Managers
Job Summary:
1. As European Sales Manager, you will be responsible for 50% managerial activities and 50% direct sales responsibilities, focusing on industrial, automotive and EV battery markets.
2. You will develop and implement tactical sales execution plans for European business.
3. Your primary goal is to drive and deliver top line growth of more than 10%.
4. You will lead by example through owning a number of key accounts, as well as developing new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. You will develop key account or target account plans and overall territory plans.
2. You are responsible for value added pricing for new products as developed.
3. Implement price increases as appropriate.
4. You will review and manage opportunity pipeline and track closed win and closed lost metrics in our CRM system.
5. You must ensure all business development managers are oriented and trained.
6. You will establish clear sales and contribution margin targets together with additional performance objectives that are consistent with the business plan.
7. You are responsible for developing and implementing the sales forecast which demonstrates and ensures growth consistent with the business plan.
Requirements:
1. A college degree in a marketing, business, scientific or engineering discipline; some technical and/or mechanical aptitude preferred.
2. 7-10+ years of sales and/or business management experience coupled with experience in other functions preferred.
3. A relevant background (e.g., formulated adhesives, coatings, applications in designated business area, etc.) advantageous.
