About the Role:
As a Portfolio Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and retention of our work management solution.
You will conduct thorough discovery to understand customer needs, consult on change management to help customers optimize their processes, and lead workshops to provide them with hands-on experience of building or adapting their workflows.
You will empower customers to become self-sufficient by providing them with training, support, and resources to enable them to get the most out of our solution.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced professional with 3 years of demonstrated success in account management or customer success roles, fluent in English, with strong team player skills and a customer-centric approach.
Able to communicate effectively and concisely through our platform, via email, over the phone, or in person, with all audiences.

We believe in fair pay and conduct regular pay equity audits. Our estimated base salary range for this role is between €79,200-€90,400, plus additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits.
