We are seeking a talented Catering Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing catering departments, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the daily running of catering operations, including:
* Managing and training the catering and hospitality team
* Checking HACCP records
* Shift scheduling
* Ordering produce and issuing invoices
The role also requires a strong understanding of food safety management systems, health & safety obligations, and tracker sheets.
