Administrative Partner
Location: Clonee, Co Meath
Work Type: Full-time | Hybrid (up to 2 days remote per week)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Partner to support multiple leaders within our clients data centre operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to managing complex schedules and logistics. You'll play a key part in fostering collaboration and building strong relationships across teams.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal and external meetings for up to three leaders
Manage dynamic and complex calendars
Facilitate site meetings, including agenda preparation, action tracking, and note-taking Organise and structure senior leadership visits
Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
Coordinate travel arrangements
Plan strategic offsite events, team all-hands, and engagement activities
Support space planning and team culture initiatives
Build cross-functional relationships across teams
Participate in the global administrative community
Handle general administrative duties
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience providing administrative support to executives
3+ years of experience managing calendars and expense reports
3+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics
Strong ability to balance competing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
Event planning experience
Experience collaborating with other administrative professionals and cross-functional partners
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Skilled in prioritising multiple assignments and adapting quickly to change
