Qualifications (Role‑Dependent)
For Commissioning Managers & Cx Engineers
* Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering discipline
* 3–10+ years' experience in data center commissioning or mission‑critical projects
Strong understanding of:
* LV/MV electrical systems.
* Mechanical systems (HVAC, chilled water, CRAC/CRAH, pumps, etc.).
* Control systems / BMS / EPMS.
* IST processes & commissioning documentation.
* Experience leading multi-disciplinary commissioning teams (for Cx Managers).
* Commissioning standards & QA/QC processes.
For Intermediate Engineers
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
* 2–5+ years' experience in data centers, industrial, or large‑scale MEP projects.
* Strong technical understanding & willingness to grow into Cx or Engineering roles.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
General Requirements
* Ability to travel across Europe for project assignments.
* Strong stakeholder and client‑facing communication skills.
* High attention to detail, safety‑focused, and process‑driven.
* EU/UK work eligibility depending on the project.
