We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our busy office team. Key Responsibilities:
· Front-of-house reception duties including handling calls, emails, and visitor queries.
· Credit control: monitoring outstanding accounts, following up on payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
· Bank reconciliations and ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date.
· Preparing, processing, and issuing invoices.
· Managing daily banking duties.
· Assisting with general office administration and supporting colleagues as required.
· Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative and financial tasks.
Skills & Experience Required:
· Previous experience in a similar accounts or administration role.
· Experience with Intact or similar CRM/accounting systems is essential.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· A proactive, ambitious, and can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
