Job Purpose
To provide caring and supportive care to residents, enabling them to fulfill their daily activities, while establishing relationships based on respect and dignity.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents' quality of life.
* Foster a collaborative team environment promoting teamwork and integrated care.
* Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents' preferences and needs.
* Provide personal assistance with a commitment to comfort, hygiene, and safe practices.
* Engage residents in activities and social interactions.
Desired Qualifications
* FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly (preferred).
* Patient Moving and Manual Handling training.
* At least 1 year experience as Healthcare Assistant (preferred).
