A fantastic contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our team at Morgan McKinley. This hybrid position reports directly to the Accounts Payable Manager and offers a chance to develop and grow your accounts payable skills in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
This is a fixed-term contract role lasting 9 months. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid schedule, with 2-3 days spent in our Dublin City Centre office each week. Our company values flexibility, and we offer a flexible start time within standard hours of 9am-5:30pm. We also offer the option to work from abroad.
Responsibilities
* Support the Ireland Accounts Payable function by processing invoices and reconciling supplier accounts.
* Upload supplier invoices into our internal AP software.
* Process a high volume of invoices for our Irish business.
* Resolve supplier queries promptly and reconcile supplier accounts.
* E nsure proper authorisation of all supplier invoices.
* Collaborate with internal departments to address queries and provide support.
* Communicate and negotiate with suppliers.
* Assist in creating bulk payment files and support assigned trainees.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, be a self-starter with strong communication skills, and possess intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills. They should also have previous experience working in a high-volume environment.
