# HR Compliance Officer (Homecare)- DublinDublin, County Dublin Administration FulltimeWe're looking for an experienced HR Compliance Officer to take ownership of compliance across our organisation.This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for making sure our HR processes, records, and practices meet all regulatory and legal requirements.
You'll work closely with the Head of HR and teams across the business to identify risks, close gaps, and keep everything audit ready.
This role doesn't involve managing people; it is about owning processes, improving standards, and making sure things are done properly.
**Key responsibilities:*** Manage and improve the organisation's HR compliance framework* Carry out regular compliance checks and follow up on any gaps* Support and prepare for audits and inspections (HSE, HIQA, etc.)* Keep policies up to date with Irish employment law and best practice* Oversee Garda Vetting, right-to-work checks, and onboarding compliance* Track mandatory training and flag any issues early* Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready* Work with managers across the business to keep compliance on track**Experience Required:*** 3–5 years' experience in HR compliance, audit, or a similar role* Good knowledge of Irish employment law and regulated environments* Experience preparing for audits or inspections* Strong attention to detail and a practical, organised approach* Confidence working with different teams and stakeholders* CIPD qualification (or similar experience)**What we offer:*** Salary up to €50,000 depending on experience* A key role with real responsibility and visibility* Flexible working options* Supportive team and direct access to senior leadership
