About Your New Job
As the Supply Chain Lead, you will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement and production planning to distribution and delivery.
You will coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, sales, finance) to ensure seamless operations, timely inventory management, and cost-effective logistics solutions.
You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement strategies to enhance productivity, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
You will leverage data analytics and supply chain technologies to inform decisions and maintain strong, collaborative supplier relationships.
You will lead regular risk assessments, develop effective contingency plans, and manage new supply chain initiatives.
You will play a key role in the company's growth, contributing to strategic planning and execution.
What Skills You Need
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a closely related field.
Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Proficiency with supply chain management software and strong analytical skills.
Excellent negotiation/contract management skills, and leadership/team management experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
Deep knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and risk assessment.
Strategic mindset and experience in project management of supply chain initiatives.
