Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Professional to join our team as Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Co-ordinator.
The successful candidate will provide expert nursing leadership and co-ordination across the HSCT pathway, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care for patients and donors through comprehensive clinical assessment, care coordination, advocacy, education, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert nursing leadership and co-ordination across the HSCT pathway.
* Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care for patients and donors.
* Clinical assessment and diagnosis in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
* Coordinating patient care with other healthcare professionals including doctors.
The post holder leads service development quality improvement education audit research to support best practice regulatory compliance optimal outcomes within programme.
