Key Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitise office spaces, meeting rooms, kitchens/canteens, and toilets
* Dust, mop, hoover, and wipe down surfaces to maintain a clean and professional workspace
* Empty bins and manage waste disposal in accordance with site standards
* Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and notify manager when restocking is required
* Carry out regular deep cleans on rotation (e.g. fridges, bins, skirting boards, etc.)
* Ensure toilets and staff areas are hygienic, well-stocked, and presentable
* Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the Maintenance Manager promptly
* Follow cleaning checklists and adhere to company hygiene protocols
* Travel between Crossmolina and Ballina offices
* Work independently with strong time management and pride in high standards
Skills and Requirements
* 1–2 years' experience in a similar cleaning or facilities role preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Good communication skills and a respectful, discreet manner
* Comfortable using cleaning equipment and moving/lifting supplies when required
* Full clean driving licence (essential due to multi-site nature of the role)
