We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Manager to lead our flagship project in Limerick.
This is a senior site-based leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operations, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of site-based operations and the construction process.
* Oversee the daily and weekly site programmes and ensure clear communication of plans to subcontractors.
* Participate in weekly meetings with the clients' construction team and internal management.
* Maintain a detailed site diary, tracking labour levels and daily site activities.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the site, driving outputs while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
* Help deliver the project in line with agreed production targets and schedule.
* Coordinate, manage, and motivate subcontractors and direct labour on-site.
* Provide leadership and support to site teams, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach.
* Assist in the control and efficient use of site equipment and materials.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Foreperson or Site Supervisor role within construction.
* Strong understanding of site-based operations and the construction process.
* Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Fluent English and legal eligibility to work in Ireland.
* A proven track record of coordinating subcontractors and managing a site team.
