Graduate Sales Executive - Professional Services Location: South Dublin (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days WFH) Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 base + OTE €40,000 - €50,000 Year 1 THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established and growing provider of professional business services, working with B2 B clients across Ireland.
With a strong reputation in the market and continued expansion, they are investing heavily in developing new sales talent through a structured and hands-on training environment.
THE ROLE: This is an entry-level sales opportunity, designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in B2 B sales.
For the first 9-12 months, you will focus on high-volume inbound and outbound activity, developing your skills in lead generation, client engagement and commercial conversations.

You will work closely with an experienced Sales Manager, receiving ongoing coaching, weekly 1-1s, and structured training covering everything from cold calling and objection handling through to negotiation and closing techniques.
Key responsibilities include: * Making outbound calls to prospective clients * Handling inbound enquiries and qualifying opportunities * Booking meetings for senior sales colleagues * Building and managing a pipeline of potential business * Learning how to position services and communicate value effectively * Working towards daily and monthly activity targets This is a fast-paced environment where consistency, resilience and attitude are key.
