Our client, a leading engineering contractor, is looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join their team on a major Data Centre project in Sweden.. The successful candidate will work closely with the Electrical Project Manager, ensuring the successful execution of all electrical works. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers, Supervisors, and Subcontractors. Oversee project planning, coordination, and reporting for all electrical construction activities. Ensure high-quality electrical installations while maintaining strict compliance with safety and project requirements. Manage QA/QC processes alongside the projects QA Manager. Liaise with design consultants and contractors to drive project success. Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project completion. Maintain budget control and drive project profitability. Oversee commissioning and final project handover. Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a relevant trade qualification. 6+ years of experience as an Electrical Construction Manager. Previous experience with an M&E contractor in Ireland or the UK. Strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver projects within tight deadlines. Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing experience. Full understanding of the design and construction lifecycle. Experience on Data Centre projects is a plus.
