Senior Operations Manager
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of post-harvest operations, ensuring timely order fulfilment and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
* Manage production workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
* Maintain compliance with industry regulations, including HACCP and Bord Bia standards.
* Lead and develop your team, providing training and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
* Oversee packaging, stock control, and inventory rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on delivery, productivity, and waste to drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with logistics and administration teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective communication.
Requirements:
* At least 3-5 years' experience in management or leadership roles within food production or logistics.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
* Experience managing relationships with B2B retailers and suppliers.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; excellent leadership and communication skills.
