Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

* At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in a main contractor or developer environment;

* High volume housing experience (40 units +) is highly desirable;

* A proven track record of managing large-scale projects in Ireland or the UK;

* Excellent leadership and team management skills;

* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities;

* Fluency in English and eligibility to work in Ireland.
