Project Director Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned project director to lead our construction projects in Limerick. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and cost management while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Manage planning, procurement, delivery, and handover phases effectively.
* Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure work progresses according to programme.
* Foster a culture of strict Health & Safety compliance, incorporating RAMS, inductions, permits, and inspections.
* Background in commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use construction.
* Relevant Degree/Diploma (Construction Management, Engineering, QS/PM) or equivalent strong trade route.
