The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Key responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, mentoring team members, collaborating with other departments, and representing the hotel at industry events and trade shows.QualificationsProven expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Business DevelopmentStrong skills in Market Analysis, Revenue Forecasts, and Goal SettingLeadership and Team Management capabilities with experience in mentoring and motivating sales teamsEffective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills to manage client relationships and lead sales effortsExcellent understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and hotel sales operationsAbility to work collaboratively with multiple departments and represent the hotel at industry eventsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in a senior sales or management role within the hospitality sector is highly desirable
