Senior Project Manager - Marine Civil Engineering
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team during a major expansion phase. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with clear progression to senior leadership, including a realistic pathway to Managing Director/Chief Executive level within 5 years.
This specialist contractor delivers complex nearshore and marine civil engineering projects across the UK and Ireland, covering renewables, dredging, demolition, piling, and specialist diving works. With offices in both Ireland and the UK, the business is scaling fast and investing heavily in top-tier project leadership.
The Role: This position offers a 50/50 blend of office-based planning/work winning and onsite project delivery.
* Plan, design, and prepare projects before delivery
* Manage day-to-day site operations alongside the works manager and engineering team
* Manage subcontractors, procurement, and supply chain
* Liaise with clients, engineers, and key stakeholders
* Report monthly KPIs (QHSE, programme, commercial) to senior management
Requirements:
What We Are Looking For:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* Experience in civil engineering project management
* Marine civils experience beneficial but not essential
* Full UK/EU work rights
