Director of Revenue 4* Hotel Melbourne Australia Job Description We are looking for a strategic and ambitious Director of Revenue Management, a senior leader who can help shape the future of revenue management: drive revenue growth across our iconic hotels and brands, nurture high-performance teams and shape emerging capability, and be at the helm of sector-leading technology as we roll it out across our global operations.
As Director of Revenue Management, you will optimise our revenue performance and achieve our business goals.
You will formulate and execute revenue strategies for our hotels, collaborate with the executive team on long-term business plans, develop our revenue community of practice internally and externally, and identify and inspire talent growth.
You will prioritise recognition, comprehensive support and career development amongst your team, and receive the same in turn as you grow your career.
Qualifications 4/5 years of experience in Revenue management roles 350+ Room Hotel or Cluster role.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of getting the best out of people and driving high-performance.
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions that enhance revenue growth.
Advanced knowledge of revenue management principles.
IDea S Revenue Management Platform experience highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of the distribution landscape, online travel agencies, and emerging market trends.
A collaborative forward-thinking mindset with a passion for elevating revenue management as a respected and valued community of practice with key internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Information Our Hotel The property is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel in a prominent commercial location.
Guests can enjoy access to a fitness centre, conference rooms, pool, co-working space and a number of food & beverage venues which form the hub of the mixed-use precinct.
This is a village centre supporting the airport community as a place to gather and socialise for everyone who travels and works from the airport precinct.
