* 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing roles.
* Fluent in English and Turkish to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in assessing and achieving client success through business techniques such as effective questioning, objection handling, and promotion.
* Execution skills to plan, implement, and track actions.
* Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context and consistently achieve growth goals.
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
* Stakeholder influence skills internally and externally to deliver impact.
* Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Responsibilities
* Meet quarterly business and product growth targets.
* Build relationships via calls or email marketing, conduct consultations and pitches to advise clients on maximizing their Google Ads investment.
* Manage a portfolio of small/medium businesses, understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and planning quarterly achievements.
* Drive customer growth by delivering excellent service and achieving marketing objectives.
