Restaurant Leader
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a passionate food and beverage team at a luxury property in Enniscrone.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while achieving operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, train, and develop the restaurant team to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver a high-quality food offering.
* Oversee reservations, seating, and guest flow to maximize service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor financial performance including budgets, cost control, and revenue targets.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a busy hospitality setting.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A passion for food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
* Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and targets.
* Excellent people management and training skills.
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.
* Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
