We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team.
As a key member of our culinary leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes that meet the expectations of our guests. You will work closely with our Head and Sous Chef to maintain the highest standards in our kitchen, support junior staff, and contribute to innovative food offerings.
Your duties will include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes, supervising Commis and Demi Chefs, upholding food hygiene and safety regulations, and collaborating on menu development.
A successful candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Culinary Team Member in a 4-star hotel or similar high-standard kitchen, knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and pride in food presentation and consistency.
