We are hiring a strategic and motivated Cluster Business Development Manager on behalf of our client a growing group of 4-star luxury hotels based in County Meath. This role will focus on driving revenue growth across multiple properties by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and cultivating long-term corporate and leisure partnerships. Ideal for someone with strong hospitality sales experience who enjoys working across multiple sites and leading business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies across multiple hotel properties to maximise revenue and occupancy. Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate, MICE, and leisure accounts. Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and property show-rounds with potential clients. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities. Work closely with General Managers, Revenue, and Marketing teams to align sales goals. Represent the hotel group at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities. Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking using CRM systems. Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts for senior management. Candidate Requirements Minimum 35 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a multi-property or cluster role. Strong understanding of the Irish hospitality, corporate, and MICE sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage and prioritise across multiple properties and markets. Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel between properties as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM/PMS platforms (e.g. OPERA, HotSoft).
