Project Manager
This is a highly rewarding leadership position for an experienced professional who has successfully managed construction projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years solid site experience within the construction and building industry, preferably with a main contractor.
They will oversee operations on a day-to-day basis while monitoring and tracking progress of all project activities.
Inspect works in progress and completed work to ensure it meets project specifications.
Ensure compliance with building regulations as well as other legal requirements.
Co-ordinate and manage subcontractors and labour workers to guarantee efficient delivery.
Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners to ensure collaborative working practices.
Handle onsite incidents and emergencies proactively to prevent any disruption to the project timeline.
Excellent organisational and time management skills are required along with a proven track record of delivering projects to strict timescales.
Thorough knowledge of building practices and experience of managing large-scale projects would be advantageous.
