If you have GLP experience and a proven track record in study oversight, this could be your next career move! THE ROLE Lead the development and approval of study protocols and plans, ensuring they meet scientific, regulatory, GCPv, and GLP standards.
Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance teams to provide timely protocol updates and communicate study progress effectively.
Oversee studies from start to finish, ensuring strict compliance with SOPs, GCPv, GLP, and all regulatory licenses (e.g., HPRA).
Identify and document deviations, evaluate their impact on study integrity, and report adverse events according to regulations.
Monitor and review study data to guarantee accuracy, quality, and integrity of results.
Prepare detailed final study reports, taking full responsibility for the validity and compliance of findings.
Archive study data, logs, and specimens for future reference.
Coordinate with external consultants and subcontract laboratories as needed.
Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients, keeping them fully informed of study progress.
Ensure computerised systems used in studies are validated and fit-for-purpose.
Respond proactively to unforeseen events and document all occurrences thoroughly.
REQUIREMENTS Masters or Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
57 years of industrial experience, ideally within a GLP-compliant environment.
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance principles.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
