About Your New Job
* Collaborate with clients
to understand their operational technology requirements and project objectives.
* Design, implement, and maintain IT/OT systems
and solutions to meet project requirements.
* Conduct system assessments, troubleshoot, and resolve operational technology issues
.
* Work with cross-functional teams
, including IT, engineering, and operations, to ensure integration of IT systems with existing systems.
* Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation
to ensure system reliability and performance.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance
to clients and internal teams on operational technology best practices and industry standards.
* Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and regulations
in the operational technology field.
What Skills You Need
* Degree/Diploma in a computer-related discipline
with networking preferred.
* CCNP, CCDP, CCNA, VCP Certifications
highly regarded.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience
in a network support role.
* Strong knowledge of Cisco Networking & Firewalls
(Palo Alto and Cisco).
* Experience with configuration & troubleshooting
of LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN, and VPN.
* Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP technologies
.
* Experience with Windows Server platforms & Active Directory
.
* Good working knowledge of VMWare vSphere & vMotion
.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
.
* Must own a car
