MAINTENANCE FITTER A well-established Irish firm operating in the food and beverage sector is in search of a Maintenance Fitter located in Dublin. COMPANY: Our client is a renowned global provider of food and beverages, recognized for their expertise in delivering high-quality products with a strong emphasis on reliability and exceptional customer service. They are currently expanding their maintenance team and are seeking a skilled individual to join their manufacturing facility. With a reputable name, a strong track record, and potential for career advancement, this role should not be overlooked. THE ROLE: The Dublin based, Maintenance Fitter will work on a shift basis including days and evening and the day to day tasks are but not limited to: Maintaining the production line machinery in the facility including conveyors, rollers and slicers. Working in a preventative maintenance schedule. Reacting to breakdowns, troubleshooting the issues, and keeping downtime in the plant to a minimum. THE PERSON: Our client will consider a range of candidates for the Maintenance Fitter role based in Dublin: You will be a trade qualified Mechanical Fitter or MAMF. The right candidate will be used to working in a fast paced production environment. Experience in the food manufacturing industry a plus, experience in pharmaceutical environment is also beneficial. Experience on production line equipment such as recycling companies will also be considered. Shifts will rotate on a weekly basis: Days 7am - 3pm Evening 3pm - 11.30pm Mon-Thurs. 3pm-9pm on Friday THE PACKAGE: Salary: €56.5k base + 15% shift allowance - €65k Pension Bonus - 2 bonus structures worth an additional €3.2k Overtime Rates Healthcare LOCATION: Dublin BMS Performance specialises in recruiting Engineering professionals, nationally.
