The Role
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and esteemed team, working on a range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
The candidate's duties will include providing strategic HR advice and advising on claims of discrimination and diversity and trade union relations.
The candidate will play a key role in directly advising a diverse international and domestic client-base on cross-border and high-profile employment law matters.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
4-6 PQE
Strong background in employment law within a large international or City firm.
Post-graduate qualification in employment law highly advantageous
Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness
Outstanding academics
Technically excellent
Willingness to become involved in business development
Ability to work independently and as a team
