This fantastic client offers the opportunity to work within a large-scale environment with cutting edge technology.Responsibilities include:Develop, write, and maintain detailed documentation for global supply chain processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process maps, and training materials.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain managers, process owners, and subject matter experts, to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in processes, systems, and regulations.Create visual aids, such as flowcharts and diagrams, to enhance the clarity and usability of documents.Manage document control processes, including version control, approvals, and distribution.Conduct regular audits of supply chain documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.Provide training and support to supply chain staff on the use and interpretation of process documentation.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and documentation.Key requirements include:Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or a related field.Requires extensive experience in supply chain management, process documentation, or technical writing.Strong understanding of global supply chain processes and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and document management systems.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.If this role is of interest, please apply now!#LI-JS4
