We are seeking a Senior UX Product Designer with a deep passion for crafting exceptional user experiences globally. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and culturally relevant digital products and services.
About this role (responsibilities):
* Collaborate with UX, product management, engineering, and marketing to understand users, translating that understanding into design artifacts that shape thinking and guide development.
* Design intuitive experiences across responsive web and native mobile platforms, delivering easy-to-follow wireframes, workflows, and prototypes.
* Regularly conduct design reviews to obtain feedback, iterating on the designs to improve results.
* Support user research studies that generate insights to positively impact product design.
* Work closely with localization teams to ensure designs are culturally appropriate and easily adaptable to different languages and regions.
Do you have the right ingredients? (requirements):
* Experience with holistic design approaches, including journey mapping, to create delightful moments across the entire experience.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn new things and tackle a range of challenges as they arise.
* Sufficient UX research fluency to be data and insights driven.
* Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
* Enduring curiosity with a desire to continuously learn and evolve.
* Fluency in Figma and other prototyping and design collaboration tools.
