The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in delivering an exceptional guest dining experience, maintaining high operational standards, and leading a motivated team. The successful candidate will be hands-on, passionate about service, and ready to take the next step in their hospitality management career.

The Duties:
* Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
* Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain excellent service standards.
* Oversee floor operations during service, handle customer feedback, and resolve issues efficiently.
* Assist with rota management, stock control, and ordering.
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
* Uphold and enforce health and safety and hygiene standards.
* Assist in implementing marketing promotions and special events to drive revenue.
The Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a busy, high-quality restaurant or hotel setting.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards.
* Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage busy service periods.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
* Living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
* Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
The Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: €36,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) plus Tips (€100 to €150 a week)
