The Company

KCC Group are a market leader in the provision of supply, installation and service of the following products: Door Hardware, Timber Doors, Steel Security Doors, Automatic Doors, Movable Walls, Fire Door Inspections, Facades & Window Systems, Access Control, Glazing and more. We are currently recruiting for an External Sales Representative to join our team, based in our Dublin office. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Job Overview

KCC is seeking a confident, driven and commercially focused External Sales Representative to strengthen and grown our presence within the Irish Construction Market.

This role will focus on promoting and selling KCC's product portfolio to Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors, while also driving product specification with leading architectural, design and consultancy practices across Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys relationship led project-based selling and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors across Ireland
* Actively specify KCC products with architectural, design, and consultancy practices
* Identify, track, and manage construction projects from early design stage through to completion
* Deliver professional product presentations to architects, contractors, and key project stakeholders
* Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports
* Represent KCC professionally at industry events, meetings, and site visits

Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience in external sales, ideally within construction, building materials, or a related sector
* Strong understanding of the Irish construction market
* Experience working with main contractors and architects is highly desirable
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
* Ability to manage a sales territory independently and prioritise workload effectively
* Full, clean driving licence
