A mid-sized law firm at the intersection of Dublin 2 and 4 is recruiting a Legal Secretary for their property team for approximately 7 months.
This is a lovely opportunity for someone who has a gap they need to fill over the next few months, whether you are returning to work, have completed your FE1s, or have recently returned from time abroad for example.
Responsibilities
* Preparing / drafting documents including contracts, leases, deeds, objections and pre-contract enquiries.
* Correspondence – responding to emails, taking calls and providing detailed notes to fee-earners on the team.
* Dictation and typing.
* Updating client contact and bank details.
* Document storage and scanning.
Qualifications
* Experience working in conveyancing in a law firm.
* Ability to use case management software and MS Office Suite.
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively in written and verbal correspondence with clients and colleagues.
