Junior Administrator – Stairlift Company
Pay: £14.15 per hour
Hours: 36.5 hours per week
Holiday: 20 days per year plus bank holidays
We are a small stairlift company looking for a reliable and organised Junior Administrator to join our
friendly team. This is a varied office-based role involving customer contact, scheduling, and general
administration.
Duties include:
* Answering incoming calls for sales, service call-outs, and customer enquiries
* Processing Visa card payments and issuing receipts
* Scheduling jobs for engineers
* Updating records and general admin duties
* Providing cover across all admin functions
About you:
* Confident telephone manner
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Basic IT skills (email and data entry)
* Flexible and reliable
* Admin experience helpful but not essential (training provided)
