administration or accounts background

What You'll Be Doing
Sales Administration
• Processing customer orders
• Handling queries and preparing quotations
• Supporting internal teams and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with invoicing and general administration
Credit Control
• Managing customer accounts and processing credit applications
• Following up on overdue payments
• Issuing credit notes and maintaining financial records
• Supporting the accounts team with credit control tasks
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in Administration, Sales Support, Accounts, or Credit Control
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
Positive, proactive attitude
