Job Description:
This role involves providing person-centered support to participants on our Community Opportunities Service. You will work closely with other departments to deliver a programme of daily activities designed to increase independent living and social skills.
You will be responsible for:
* Providing support to participants within classroom and outdoor venues
* Encouraging individuals to engage in opportunities and build independence skills
* Promoting Volunteer opportunities for group members
* Building on existing external networks/relations and developing new ones to increase range of activities and networks available
Main Responsibilities:
* To ensure high quality participant outcomes through effective delivery of programmes, projects, services or initiatives.
* To maintain accurate records including but not limited ad-hoc reports, memos etc.
