About Us: The Safety Solutions Group comprises various departments, one of which is our PSDP Department, specialising in providing this role, advice, documentation, and support to our many clients in both the public and private sectors.
Position Overview: Our PSDP department is recruiting an experienced PSDP Consultant whose role will be to manage a number of projects from our varied portfolio. The role will involve travel to client sites when necessary.
Location: Hybrid - Working from home (primarily), at a client site or at our offices in Dublin and Cavan. Client sites can be anywhere in Ireland.

Essential Competencies
* Be able to manage PSDP duties on active projects consecutively, this will require the ability to work to strict deadlines and handle conflicting priorities.
* Advise and report to Clients on the competence and resources of their appointed Design Team and PSCS.
* Be able to both compile statutory documentation such as Preliminary Health and Safety Plan.
* Co-ordination and preparation of the Safety File.
* Completing PSDP site audits.
* Attendance and speaking at design team meetings.
* Have a good working knowledge of M/S packages such as word and excel.
* Excellent written communications and interpersonal skills.
* Strong influencing and leadership skills
Qualifications / Experience:
* Relevant third level qualifications in Health & Safety or a related field.
* Proven experience (minimum of three years) in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals.
* Full driving licence (minimum of category B) and own transport.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
