Key Responsibilities:
* Providing a high level of administrative support to the senior leadership team
* Coordinating travel and visas as required
* Planning for corporate meetings
* Acting as a key point of contact for trade events
* Managing purchase orders and requisitions
* Tracking budgets in a compliant manner
* Supporting the manager with Fleet management duties
* First point of contact with lease providers and insurance providers
* Preparing and maintaining reports with exceptional attention to detail
* Data analysis and identification of areas of concern
* Adhoc project as required
Key Requirements
* Proven track record in a similar position
* Full long term working authorisation in Ireland
* Available for an immediate start
* Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Experience using SAP and MS Office is essential
* Strong planning and organisational skills
