As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery—from planning through execution—ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2. Resource Management: Allocate and manage personnel and financial resources.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Progress Monitoring: Track milestones, timelines, and budget adherence.
6. Issue Resolution: Proactively address challenges and roadblocks.
7. Reporting: Deliver regular updates and documentation to stakeholders.
Requirements:
8. Proven experience as a Project Manager within the banking or financial services sector (mandatory).
9. Strong understanding of loan products and regulatory compliance.
10. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
11. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
