Your day-to-day as a Recruitment Consultant:
Client Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from a varied range of industries.Candidate Sourcing:Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles within the IT sector. Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, networking, and database management.Market Insight:Stay informed about the IT industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to clients and candidates.
What You Will Have:
3+ years of professional experience () – No recruitment experience is requiredA proactive, ambitious mindset and the confidence to take ownership of your growthStrong communication skills and a natural drive to succeed
