A skilled E-Commerce Specialist is required to manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, drive sales, and enhance the company's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* E-Commerce Platform Management:
o Manage and maintain the e-commerce platform, ensuring it is fully operational and optimized for performance.
o Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy and appeal.
o Utilize E-Commerce systems (Evo X or similar) to streamline operations, manage inventory, and enhance customer interactions online.
* Content and Merchandising:
o Create and update engaging website content, including banners, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
o Implement best practices for SEO to improve website rankings and visibility.
* Order Fulfillment and Tracking:
o Monitor online orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment and on-time delivery in coordination with the warehouse team.
o Address and resolve customer queries or issues related to e-commerce transactions.
* Analytics and Optimization:
o Use analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and sales performance.
o Identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance conversion rates.
* Technical Support and Upgrades:
o Collaborate with IT and third-party providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
o Keep the e-commerce platform up to date with the latest features, plugins, and security protocols.
* Collaboration with Teams:
o Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align digital initiatives with broader company goals.
o Provide training and support to internal teams on e-commerce processes when necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience:
o Proven experience in e-commerce management, with hands-on knowledge of Evo X software or a similar platform.
o Familiarity with office supplies and/or office furniture industries is a plus.
* Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency in e-commerce software, inventory management systems, and CMS platforms.
o Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Communication and Problem-Solving:
o Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, internal teams, and external providers.
