Job Description:
This is an entry-level position that offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their career in Event Management.
* Ensure all Meetings and Events administration standards are met, adhering to current Minimum Standards, including a 24-hour response time to enquiries and correspondence.
* Maintain systems for active follow-up procedures as per current Standards.
Coordination of corporate events involves showcasing hotel facilities and meeting rooms. Wedding arrangements involve collaborating with the bride and groom to plan initial hotel tours, reception layouts, and proposals.
Site inspections may be required daily office administration duties will be carried out in collaboration with the Events team. Sales responsibilities include showing potential customers around the hotel while upselling various departments. New business opportunities can also be pursued through cold calling telephone sales mail shots etc.
