Operational Leadership Role
The Head of Operations plays a pivotal role in driving operational strategy, execution, and performance within their geographical region.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic Vision: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with global priorities.
* Regional Governance: Oversee capacity and resource planning within the region, balancing customer demand with available resources.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product leadership to ensure seamless regional delivery of customer solutions.
* People Development: Lead, coach, and inspire Senior Operations Managers and their teams, building a high-performance culture.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
* 10-12+ years of experience: In regional operations, program management, or solutions delivery, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
* Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead and scale diverse, distributed teams across multiple countries within a region.
* Technical Expertise: Familiarity with enterprise software deployments, networking, containerization (Linux, Docker/Podman), and automation (Ansible).
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Strong track record of collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
