Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our brand‑new store in Liffey Valley, Dublin. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the store, ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service, and driving operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow and develop into a Store Manager role in the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the store.
* Lead and motivate the team, ensuring staff are well‑trained, engaged, and perform to the highest standards.
* Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
* Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
* Assist with stock control, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
* Contribute to the store’s growth and profitability by meeting operational targets and improving team performance.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2‑3 years of experience in the fast food, food retail, or QSR sector.
* Leadership: A natural leader with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
* Customer‑Focused: A passion for delivering top‑notch customer service and enhancing the customer experience.
* Operational Expertise: Ability to maintain high standards of operation and manage store procedures efficiently.
