The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or social care, with a focus on delivering exceptional support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering personalized care plans that promote independence and dignity
* Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
* Engaging in activities that promote socialization, recreation, and relaxation
Requirements:
* Health or Social Care qualification (e.g., third-level degree in Psychology, Social Care, Social Work)
* Fetac Level 5 – Health Care Major Award or equivalent
* Experience working in a care environment
